What happens if I order over the weekend?

Although our standard shipping is overnight, ordering on the weekend means the parcel will only be processed the following Monday. Which means your shipment will only arrive the next Tuesday. If you’re really desperate to get your package sooner, email us and we’ll do our best to help!

What is the cut off time for overnight shipping?

Your order must be placed by 2.30pm to receive your gift by 11am the next day. However, if you place your order on a Friday your parcel will only arrive on the following Monday.

Do you deliver internationally?

Tidy & Co. HQ is based in South Africa. All countries where the delivery address is outside of South Africa fall under our terms for international delivery. Currently Tidy & Co. does not deliver products outside of South Africa due to export laws. Tidy & Co. will express when the situation changes if we start international delivery.

I am struggling to get my payment through. What do I do now?

If you are having a tough time getting your payment through then we have already received a notification saying that you’re battling. That means we’re probably already trying to get hold of you to see if everything is okay. If you are getting upset with the system (like we all do), then just pop an email over and we can make a plan.

How do I use your gift registry service?

The gift registry is simple. Click the Gift Registries tab at the top of the page, create an account with Tidy & Co. (we won’t spam you), peruse the site at your leisure and just pop all of the products that you fall in love with onto your list. Once you’ve finished creating it you will get the URL link for your registry – just send that to everyone you know and hold thumbs they pick your favourites!

Does the invoice get included in the package?

We understand that most of the products bought here are meant for somebody special. We also understand how awkward it is when you open a gift and see that your buddy forgot to remove the tag. We would never put you guys in that situation. That’s why all of our billing gets done electronically and no package gets sent off with a receipt in it. So you get the price and they get the present.

Whose address do I use when I fill in my information?

Tidy & Co. functions as a gift site. We understand that most people who panic buy a gift would want it delivered to the recipient. That means we need to know who the gift is going to and where they are. When you fill out the address information, you need to give us the location of the doorstep where you want the gift to arrive.
