Shipping policy

We offer 4 shipping options, you choose what suits you!

Standard Shipping means that your parcel will be delivered to your door in 1-3 business days. This option is charged at a flat rate of R65.

Overnight Shipping is only available for delivery to the following cities: Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George & Bloemfontein. This service is charged at R85. To qualify for overnight you must place your order by 2.30pm for your gift to arrive the following morning. If you place your order after 2.30pm on a Friday, your parcel will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Local Pickup is a service provided by Pargo Logistics where your parcel will be delivered to a pick-up point that you have selected. Once your parcel has arrived you’ll receive an SMS letting you know that you can go collect. This option comes at a flat rate of R50.

Free Standard Shipping is available when your cart total is over R500.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide an address where the parcel will be received by a person who can sign for it. Deliveries take place Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

The fine print

For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers The Provider will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by The Courier within their normal routes. In these circumstances the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to our mailbox.

Export Restrictions

Tidy & Co. HQ is based in South Africa. All countries where the delivery address is outside of South Africa fall under our terms for international delivery. Currently Tidy & Co. does not deliver products outside of South Africa. Tidy & Co. will express when the situation changes and start international delivery when possible.
